Colombia Rosado, commonly known as Pink Bourbon, was once believed to be a hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon varieties cultivated in Huila, Colombia. However, recent genetic research reveals that it is more closely related to an Ethiopian heirloom variety.
We've had the privilege of working with the Sanchez family's coffees over the years through our friend Herbert at LaReb. We're excited to be able to share this one with you.
We’ve been enjoying this Rosado across all brew methods—it offers pronounced sweetness and a well-structured body, with vibrant orange and berry-like acidity complemented by a delicate oolong tea florality.
