We're excited to have a small quantity of coffee from Don Gregorio Ccori Machaca's farm, San Pedro. Now 70 years old, he lives alone on his land, where he has been growing coffee for over 30 years. With deep care and dedication, he tends to his two hectares, proudly cultivating Bourbon varieties. Green coffee production has long been his primary source of income, and his passion for the craft is evident in every harvest.
We really enjoy this Bourbon for its unique effervescent character, soft yet vibrant acidity, and well-balanced sweetness
