Angel Arturo Paz's Geisha 🇭🇳
Washed - Honduras
Ángel Arturo Paz is a third generation coffee producer, beginning his work with coffee processing at the San Vicente Mill at a young age. For the past 15 years he has been collaborating with specialty coffee farmers and is recognized as one of the top coffee producers in Honduras.
In 2007, Ángel purchased his first property, the beginnings of his farm La Colmena, where he planted only Red Catuai. By 2009, Ángel had produced his first micro-lot for the specialty market. Then, in 2018, he acquired a second farm located in El Dorado, Santa Bárbara where he introduced several new coffee varieties. Three years later, his second farm began producing coffees known for their high quality and consistency. We had the pleasure of meeting Ángel in 2025 at the Producer Roaster Forum in Honduras, where we were not only impressed by the quality of his coffees, but of his dedication to his craft.
