Tio Conejo is a small farm in Manizales run by our friends Ivanov and Angela Castellanos. They're passionate about creating self-sustaining ecosystems, which is why they utilize compost as fertilizer and shade-grown coffee. Aside from producing delicious coffee, they're also known for helping friends and neighbors in both agriculture and exporting.

The plant varietal Caturra is a dwarf varietal that mutated from Bourbon in Brazil. This varietal is known for its round body, brown sugar sweetness, and citrus qualities.
